Be it a studio that applies sustainability, diversity, social impact or a healthy work environment in a way that inspires.

The award recognizes the studios (not limited to start-ups) that make tools for games and are an important, yet often invisible, part of a successful game. They demonstrate true innovation, serviceability and a business mindset and push the boundaries of game making as an expressive medium.
