Kadet

The Kadet games are a series of mini-games developed as part of the mathematics method 'Kadet'. The 11 mini-games became available in September 2023, supporting the entire math learning track for primary school children.

The games vary based on the learning competencies of children (remediation, practice & enrichment), the educational approach (automation, insight acquisition, repetitive learning, etc.), and the types of activities (fill-in-the-blank, multiple choice, open exercises, etc.).

Each game not only contains educational content but also offers a challenging gameplay experience and is always accompanied by a 'game objective', which is a goal that the child aims to achieve narratively alongside learning, such as cleaning up waste from the sea, searching for treasures in an ice cave, or winning a stunt competition.

Like the method, the games have a maritime theme, taking children to various archetypal locations: from the warm Caribbean to the cold north and the Flemish waters in between.

As of today, the games are used daily in Flemish education, both in the classroom and at home.
